As a Dispute Resolution Associate, you will:
Advise clients on commercial litigation matters, focusing on financial services, insolvency, property disputes, and regulatory investigations.
Take an active role in client-facing interactions, providing timely, commercial advice and overseeing a broad range of matters.
Work with domestic and international clients to manage high-value, high-profile disputes.
Develop your skills through exposure to challenging and complex cases.
Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's growth.
We're looking for someone who:
Has 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation (ideally from a large domestic or international law firm in Dublin).
Has exceptional drafting and technical skills with the ability to manage a wide range of litigation matters.
Is client-facing, with strong communication skills and a sense of urgency in providing advice.
Has a strong academic background and a passion for developing expertise in dispute resolution.
Demonstrates attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
