We're partnering with a major UK organisation to find an experienced Director of ServiceNow to define and deliver the strategic roadmap for a large-scale, enterprise-grade ServiceNow platform.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product strategy, intelligent automation, and AI innovation - ideal for a leader who thrives on driving transformation across complex, multi-tenant environments.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of the ServiceNow product strategy, ensuring it delivers intelligent, scalable, and adaptive services across the enterprise. Working with senior stakeholders, you'll shape how ServiceNow supports digital transformation, service orchestration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the ServiceNow product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
  • Lead a talented product and platform team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and optimisation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HR, and CSM.
  • Drive innovation by integrating Agentic AI and intelligent automation into the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Champion adoption and best practice across the organisation, maximising value from the platform.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on new ServiceNow releases, AI capabilities, and market trends.

About You

  • Proven background as a Product Owner/Head of Product for large-scale ServiceNow platforms within an MSP, SaaS, or enterprise environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow enterprise modules and architecture.
  • Knowledge of AI integration and automation frameworks - including autonomous agents and cognitive orchestration.
  • Demonstrable success driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and innovation at scale.
