Job Description
Key Responsibilities 
- • Drive the growth strategy of the business, ensuring its services remain aligned with market needs
- • Ensure full compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements
- • Drafting free proposals, carrying out due diligence and onboarding new clients
- • Ensure robust internal controls, reporting lines, and escalation processes are in place
- • Oversee adherence to data protection, regulatory frameworks, and any relevant guidance
- • Supervise delivery of accounting services, ensuring quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness
- • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets expectations and regulatory obligations
- • Drive continuous improvement in processes, automation, and efficiencies across client services
