Director of Enrollment - Job Description

The role
We're looking for a results-driven Director of Enrollment to lead our undergraduate recruitment efforts across the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia. In this sales leadership role, you'll manage a team of Enrollment Advisors, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, and oversee the full enrollment funnel-from lead generation through to conversion. You'll be responsible for driving performance, analyzing pipeline data, and meeting ambitious growth targets.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role that requires commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strong people leadership.
KeyResponsibilitiesandDuties
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enrollment Advisors.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and sales coaching to drive results.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and ownership.
- Identify individual strengths and development areas to support growth.
Pipeline & Performance Management
- Own the full student sales funnel for the region, using Salesforce and Tableau to track pipeline health and conversion rates.
- Analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and implement actions to increase conversion.
- Set clear daily and weekly priorities for the team based on data.
- Deliver regular performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Build and execute go-to-market plans for the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities across online and offline channels.
- Align closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Finance to optimize the full applicant journey.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and regional insights to inform strategy.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage regional scholarship and travel budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Oversee team scheduling, travel planning, and operational approvals.
- Make data-informed decisions about event participation, outreach investments, and teamresourcing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with global teams across Marketing, Admissions, Visas, and Student Services.
- Share feedback and insights to improve the student experience and internal processes.
- Partner with the Regional Director on planning, reporting, and long-term strategic direction.
Qualifications and Skills required
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or recruitment
- Proven success leading teams to exceed commercial targets
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce; familiarity with Tableau is a plus
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable, hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership
- Passion for working in a fast-moving, international environment
