We are seeking an experienced Verification Team Lead to join a high-impact project with one of our prestigious clients working in energy-efficient AI chips. This is a remote opportunity based in Spain, offering the chance to work on cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and technically challenging environment.

Role Overview

As the Verification Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical project management and delivery of verification activities. You will lead a team of skilled engineers, ensuring alignment with project goals and maintaining clear communication with the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the verification team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Drive hands-on design and verification tasks to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Be involved in onboarding new members of the team.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience with DDR5 memory standard .
• Experience with RISC-V architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Ethernet and CXL protocols.
• Familiarity with low-speed interfaces such as SPI and I²C .
• Deep understanding of AXI bus protocol and related verification methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
