Digital Services Customer Advisor

Norwich Living Wage City Action Group is seeking a customer contact team member at City Hall in Norwich. You will handle queries on council services such as Council Tax, Benefits, Housing and Waste by phone, email or face-to-face, ensuring accuracy and a helpful, patient approach.

You will liaise with a diverse range of customers, including those with disabilities or language needs, and contribute to delivering excellent online and offline support. Training and inclusive teamwork are emphasized.
