This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *creating and managing digital campaigns and content to show why the client is a great place to work*

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help promote their employer brand worldwide. You'll create and manage digital campaigns and content to show why the client is a great place to work.

What You'll Do

• Support employer branding campaigns

• Create and update content on careers website (WordPress), LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

• Work with the Events team on digital promotion

• Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, CTR)

What We ' re Looking For

• 4-5 years in digital marketing, agency or corporate experience preferred

• Strong writing and communication skills in English

• Experience with WordPress, LinkedIn marketing, and Meta ads

• Able to manage campaigns independently

Nice to have: recruitment marketing experience and event attendance
