Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite)
Duration: 9 months
Hours: 32-40 hours/week

About the Role
Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help promote their employer brand worldwide. You'll create and manage digital campaigns and content to show why the client is a great place to work.
What You'll Do
Support employer branding campaigns
Create and update content on careers website (WordPress), LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Work with the Events team on digital promotion
Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, CTR)
What We ' re Looking For
4-5 years in digital marketing, agency or corporate experience preferred
Strong writing and communication skills in English
Experience with WordPress, LinkedIn marketing, and Meta ads
Able to manage campaigns independently
Nice to have: recruitment marketing experience and event attendance
