Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with Hypervolt's business objectives and growth ambitions.
Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
Brand Awareness: Enhance Hypervolt's brand presence online by developing engaging content and creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools to track KPIs and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
SEO and Content: Lead our SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, and work closely with the content team to ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
Social Media Management: Oversee all social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice, while engaging with our community and driving follower growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Design, to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and customer experience.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a fast-growing tech or consumer electronics company.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Experience with data-driven marketing, including the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication and creative skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Passion for innovation, technology, and sustainability, particularly in the EV space.
