We are a fast-growing social FinTech company giving not-for-profit Credit Unions in the UK access to a state-of-the-art fintech. We aim to grow a select group of Community Lenders into a network of challenger banks offering a viable alternative to high-cost lenders.

With a small yet dynamic team of over 250 people, we offer the opportunity to make an immediate impact and grow with us. We currently serve over 120,000 customers, and this number continues to grow rapidly. Our leadership team combines over 100 years of experience at leading financial institutions, including Credit Suisse, UBS, NatWest, Capital One, and Barclays.

The Role:

At Amplifi, data-driven growth strategies are central to achieving our ambitious business objectives. As a Senior Commercial Executive, you will play a pivotal role in helping to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, through third-party Partnerships (Aggregators & Affiliates).

Your responsibilities will focus on:

  • Delivery & Implementation of Critical growth initiatives
  • Optimising end-to-end customer journeys, to ensure seamless path to conversion
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch impactful projects, such as Open Banking, and other products improvements/enhancements
  • You'll play a pivotal role to shape our go to market strategy on Aggregators, to deliver customer & commercial outcomes.
  • Be the subject matter expert on all things Aggregators.

This role is perfect for a commercially minded, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll bridge the gap between strategic marketing efforts and actionable operational insights, collaborating with credit risk, operations, product, and technology teams to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the conduit for the Aggregator channel across all functions within Amplifi Capital.
  • Drive ideation, prioritisation, alignment, and execution of loan growth initiatives that align with business targets, ensuring measurable impact.
  • Deliver the agreed budgeted loan volumes/disbursements within the agreed marketing spend/CPA.
  • Develop plans to optimise marketing with Partners whilst identifying new customer and commercial strategies.
  • Launch products into market and expand the Amplifi Capital product set across existing and new partners. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure this happens in a timely manner.
  • Create and propose new promotions/customer incentives to distribute to partners to drive improved performance & increase revenue for the business.
  • Relationship management: Manage day to day interactions to ensure partners receive the support that they need to deliver against budget.
  • Track and analyse metrics (e.g. click to app/loan conversion) to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the channel, make recommendations where appropriate.
  • Ensure regular reviews of aggregator websites, to gain competitor insight and marketing practices, to report on current trends & inform future strategies.
  • Deliver accurate and timely updates of performance along with robust forecasts to inform current & future expectations to the business.
  • Ownership of financing & invoicing process; ensure accuracy & invoices paid on time.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with support from Senior Manager.

This is an important role in the analytics team of a fast-growing business and hence the ideal candidate would be someone who:

  • Is passionate about deriving tangible business value
  • Is self-motivated and proactive; shows ownership and initiative - Not afraid of being hands-on and possess a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to get things done
  • Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

To be successful, you should have:

  • Experience in a growth-focused or commercial role, ideally within financial services, marketing, or a data-driven environment.
  • Proven experience working with partners such as Aggregators and or Affiliates in Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead business initiatives from ideation to execution while aligning with broader business targets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams such as pricing, credit risk, operations, and product.
  • A passion for finding innovative solutions to optimise conversion rates, enhance customer journeys, and drive measurable growth.
  • Ability to analyse data, derive actionable insights, and prioritise improvement actions to drive business outcomes.
  • Proven ability of proactively reacting and responding to opportunities and risks.

Also Desirable:

  • Experience with consumer credit products or FinTech platforms.
  • Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in consumer lending.
