About the Role

We are expanding our Business Development & Marketing team and are looking for a proactive, data driven Digital Marketing Executive to help elevate our digital presence and support the firm's ambitious growth plans. This role will be based at our Colchester office.

You will work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver a dynamic digital marketing strategy, helping to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation and strengthen our online visibility. This is a hands on, varied role involving website optimisation, social media management, campaign support and performance analysis. To succeed, you will have experience in digital marketing, a solid understanding of SEO and analytics, strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a creative, collaborative approach.
