Job Description
Digital Marketing Coordinator

Olivia von Halle is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help manage our performance marketing channels and agency relationships. Working closely with our CEO, CFO, and Ecommerce Manager, you'll execute on-brand, cost-efficient campaigns that drive growth for our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Reporting
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar across all channels
  • Support channel forecasting with data-driven insights
  • Analyse weekly and monthly channel performance metrics as well as customer insights to identify optimisation opportunities
Paid Media Management
  • Oversee our paid media agency, setting clear objectives and KPIs
  • Monitor campaign performance across Meta, Google and display networks
  • Lead creative brief development and project manage campaigns from concept to execution
  • Track ROAS, CPM, CPC, and other metrics to optimise spend efficiency
CRM & Email Marketing
  • Develop and execute email marketing calendar aligned with business goals
  • Build, test, and schedule campaigns while monitoring engagement metrics
  • Manage database segmentation for targeted, personalised communications
  • Optimise automated email flows to ensure optimum performance and campaign support.
  • Oversee our VIP loyalty program to enhance client engagement
Affiliate Marketing
  • Manage publisher relationships across Awin, Skimlinks, and ShopMy
  • Optimise commission structures and partner performance
  • Manage all communication to affiliates creating HTML newsletters, updated banners, and seasonal text links.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience in luxury/fashion eCommerce
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
  • Proficiency with GA4, Meta, Google Ads, Awin, Shopify, and Klaviyo
  • Experience managing agency relationships effectively
  • Ability to dynamically adjust marketing spend based on performance
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour
  • Basic HTML knowledge
