Responsibleformanaging new residential developmen,managing from pre-planning through the planning process to handover.(FullLifecycle)

Working on developments with planning approval and managing approved developments ensuring all planning conditions are met and adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and delivery of residential development projects
• liaise with architects, engineers, consultants and local authorities
• oversee planning applications and ensure compliance with planning conditions
• monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets

Project & Construction Coordination

• Coordinate contractors, consultants and external stakeholders
• Monitor construction progress and quality standards

Compliance Management

• Ensure compliance with all relevant planning, building, environmental and health & safety regulations
• Maintain accurate compliance and project documentation
• Coordinate inspections, certifications and regulatory approvals
• Monitor contractor compliance with statutory obligations
• Ensure adherence to company policies and governance procedures

Stakeholder Management

• Act as key point of contact for stakeholders, local authorities, consultants and contractors

Skills & Experience

• Experience managing residential developments (Housing / Apartments)
• Strong understanding of planning and compliance regulations
