Deputy Store Manager - Lead, Coach & Drive Growth

ProCook is hiring a Deputy Store Manager for our Guildford store. In this key leadership role you will support the Store Manager, coach the team on the shop floor, and help deliver exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial results.

You'll lead on sales, stock, merchandising and store standards, work with the Regional Manager to implement strategy, and step in during the Store Manager's absence. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a rotating weekend pattern.
