About the role

Deputy shop managers are commercially aware, constantly seeking new business opportunities, motivating their teams, and creating a safe, energised work environment. They maintain high standards, drive results, and are accountable for business performance. Often they are the only paid staff, comfortable with a volunteer operating model, and they communicate well, listen, delegate, and keep the shop running efficiently.
