Deputy Safeguarding Lead: Safeguard & Support Young People

Neale-Wade Academy, March, Cambridgeshire, seeks a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to protect and support young people. You will work with the Designated Safeguarding Lead to coordinate safeguarding and respond to concerns with care and professionalism.

This fixed-term role runs until October 2027, is 30 hours per week across 38 weeks, with a 09:30-16:00 pattern, Monday-Friday. You will maintain safeguarding records, advise staff, and strengthen safeguarding as everyone's responsibility.
