Deputy Manager, Community Support: Lead Shared Homes & Outreach

Barnet Mencap is seeking two Deputy Managers to support adults with moderate learning disabilities and autistic adults. One role focuses on leading the Shared Houses team, while the other will lead the Outreach team. This role is primarily office-based, with flexibility for community engagement and some home working.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a community setting, excellent management skills, and a good working knowledge of safeguarding issues. Additional benefits include 30 days of annual leave and other perks.
