Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home

Hourly Rate£18.06 - £18.67 per hour
Working Hours / Shift Pattern40 hours per week. Flexibility required to cover shifts and sleep ins when needed. Participation in the on call rota required.

Who we are looking forWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Manager who is passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities- Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people in line with Ofsted regulations and company policies
- Coach, support and develop staff to maintain high standards of care
- Work collaboratively with external professionals and agencies
- Support admissions, risk assessments and care planning processes
- Promote positive behaviour, education and independence
- Complete records and documentation to a high standard
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the service
A full UK driving licence is essential.
