Deputy Manager - Outreach and Supported Living Leader

Lifeways is seeking a Deputy Manager for its Outreach Services in Southampton. You will lead a team, oversee outreach and supported living services, and ensure person-centred care for adults with autism and learning disabilities. A hands-on leadership role with office-based responsibilities, traveling as needed to cover the SO16 area.

You will manage staff rotas, develop care plans, and promote high-quality outcomes while motivating your team in a fast-paced, community-based environment.
