Deputy General Manager Duties

Operational Management - Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently while meeting company goals and standards.

Team Leadership & Development - Support in managing and motivating staff, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and performance management to maintain a productive and positive team environment.

Financial Oversight - Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring financial performance to ensure the business meets its revenue targets and stays within budget.

Customer Relations & Service Excellence - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer feedback, resolving issues, and implementing service improvements where needed.

Compliance & Standards - Ensure all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe and compliant environment for both staff and customers.
