Deputy Care Home Manager

This service is small to medium size and provides residentials care for older people, dementia and Nursing. You will have the support of a Registered manager along with a loyal staff team. As the healthcare service manager you will ensure that compliance is maintained whilst marketing the home effectively to increase occupancy. you will drive the business forward making the home a happy environment for both residents and staff whilst ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. oversee the day to day management of the home. Liaise with health professionals and relatives of residents. you will need previous experience at home manager level within a care home for older people with good CQC report or Improvements to previous CQC reports. Training is provided.
