Overview

Independent Fostering Agency Deputy Area Manager Hybrid Career Progression

Salary: £44,155 - £50,000. Covering Kent, Sussex, Surrey

Responsibilities

Provide formal supervision and management of staff in local offices
Oversee case supervision of clinical practitioners
Guide and support local administrative staff
Operate in a non-case holding role while managing a close-knit team of supervising social workers
