Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily depot operations
• Manage stock control, inventory accuracy and stock rotation
• Ensure efficient inbound and outbound goods processes
• Lead, coach and develop depot employees
• Manage scheduling, rotas and performance
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements
• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams
• Maintain Health & Safety and food safety compliance
• Support cost control and reporting activities

Skills & Experience

• Depot, warehouse, logistics or FMCG management experience
• Strong inventory and stock management expertise
• Proven people leadership and team development skills
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities
• Customer-focused mindset
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with warehouse/depot management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
