Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for leadership, logistics, and delivering exceptional service? We are seeking a Depot Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy distribution facility in Navan.

- Oversee daily depot operations
- Manage stock control, inventory accuracy and stock rotation
- Ensure efficient inbound and outbound goods processes
- Lead, coach and develop depot employees
- Manage scheduling, rotas and performance
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams
- Maintain Health & Safety and food safety compliance
- Support cost control and reporting activities
- Depot, warehouse, logistics or FMCG management experience
- Strong inventory and stock management expertise
- Proven people leadership and team development skills
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with warehouse/depot management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
