Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day depot operations, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics within the pallet network.
• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse and transport staff to deliver excellence in service and performance.
• Prioritise customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of the NP, BS, CF, and GL postcodes to optimise routes and achieve cost-effective solutions for customers.
• Identify and capitalise on new growth opportunities to expand the business and enhance our presence in the region.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards, ensuring the highest levels of safety and quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance operational efficiency and resolve any challenges effectively.
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and key operational objectives to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

• Proven experience in depot or logistics management, preferably within a pallet network.
• Strong knowledge of the NP, BS, CF, and GL postcodes, including local logistics and distribution challenges.
• Excellent customer focus, with the ability to develop strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
