Logistics Team Manager

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our Logistics team in Bergen op Zoom.

The successful candidate will lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Assistants, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the warehouse team to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
2. Organize and maintain production areas in a safe and hygienic manner
3. Maintain systems and reports according to daily duties and SOPs
4. Complete daily records and administration using MS Office
5. Monitor colleague performance and provide coaching and feedback
6. Perform training on SOPs and monitor adherence
7. Lead by example on health and safety matters
8. Navigate and update various management information channels
9. Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience as a Team Leader
• Previous experience in a warehouse and operational environment
• Experience of Bonded Warehousing
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Health and Safety or Fire Safety qualifications advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €2.750,00 - €3.110,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
