Dental Technician - CAD CAM

An elite dental laboratory in Dublin, Ireland is seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Dental Technician to join its digital team. This is a senior-level position ideal for someone deeply familiar with digital dentistry workflows and passionate about pushing the boundaries of precision and innovation in restorative design.

• Design advanced restorations using Exocad (essential)
• Work with 3Shape or DentalWings software (advantageous)
• Plan cases using RealGuide and coDiagnostiX for surgical guides and implant planning
• Engage in CAM processes using software such as Sum3D, HyperDent, or WorkNC
• Collaborate with clinicians and lab colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and accurate results
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and help optimise the digital workflow from scan to final product

• Proven expertise with Exocad (non-negotiable)
• Familiarity with RealGuide and coDiagnostiX (essential for guided surgery work)
• Experience with additional software like B4D a strong advantage
• CAM experience with Sum3D, HyperDent, or WorkNC (preferred)

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, modern lab environment
