We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our Kitchens Department on a permanent basis. The role starts immediately to help us consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. We value positive energy and a diverse community.

Responsibilities

• Engage the kitchen team in working at a 5 Food Hygiene standard at all times.
• He or she will ensure standards of product, service and hospitality to our guests.
• Prepare menus and produce dishes which delight our guests and stand us apart from our competitors.

You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
