Delivery Manager

We are looking for a capable and driven Scrum Master / Analyst to join our technology function at a leading royalty services company, supporting some of the biggest names in the global music industry.
Over the past few years, we've developed a powerful internal technology. This role is central to embedding disciplined agile processes, implementing elements of Scaled Agile, and delivering visibility and predictability across the technology roadmap. You'll report directly to the Associate Director of Data and act as a key interface between the business and engineering teams, enabling focus, flow, and responsiveness to business change.

Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Planning
- Serve as Scrum Master across the engineering team, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Lead the introduction and institutionalisation of agile delivery practices and Programme Increment (PI) Planning, drawing from Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Develop delivery cadence and tracking mechanisms to support predictability, visibility, and team alignment.
Analysis & Productization
- Define and refine product requirements from stakeholders across the business.
- Translate high-level business needs into clear, actionable user stories with appropriate technical depth and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to the roadmap to transition internal tools into a structured, scalable technology product with business ownership.
Stakeholder Management
- Be the glue between business and engineering, proactively managing communications, priorities, and expectations.
- Balance strategic delivery with the ad hoc demands of ongoing business development - assess impact and re-prioritise in collaboration with business leads.
- Run regular syncs and workshops to validate alignment across business functions, development, and programme planning.
Team Coordination & Culture
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across a team of 7 engineers and contributors.
- Help remove blockers, maintain clarity of scope, and ensure collective ownership of deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive environment, encouraging low-ego behaviours, constructive feedback, and shared accountability.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven track record as a Scrum Master / Analyst in fast-paced professional services or startup-like environments, coupled with a strong grounding in structured and rigorous process.
- Demonstrable experience embedding agile ways of working, with familiarity in frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe or other scaled approaches.
- Strong skills in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and backlog management.
- Hands-on experience managing agile delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and delivery metrics.
- Able to balance long-term programme goals with short-term ad hoc business needs, reshuffling plans and communicating clearly under pressure.
