We're currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Decision Systems Analyst.
A move into the Decision Systems team will offer you the opportunity to embark on a journey of continued technical and professional growth. In this role you'll:
- Co-ordinate and manage projects, typically, working on smaller projects or assignments but assist in the delivery of larger projects
- Implement company policies and contribute to the attainment of functional results
- Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures in your own work
- Ensure the quality of tasks or services provided by colleagues, involving regular process checks or review of output by a co-worker
- Engage with and show understanding of the business operation to recognise and acknowledge change impacts, objectives, priorities, work pressures and constraints
- Identify and escalate issues
- Conduct timely briefings for team members and stakeholders on progress of work
- Communicate technical and sensitive information in ways non-technical stakeholders can understand
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
- A flexible and adaptable approach to change and willingness to support others to respond in a similar way
- The ability to achieve targets and meet expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same
- Experience of making prompt and practical business decision, even in times of ambiguity, considering various perspectives and taking responsibility for outcomes
- Evidence of having planned work and activities systematically in line with business priorities, using a variety of analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Experienced in the use of data to assess and report on performance and identify business issues and opportunities
- A strong interest in coding, statistics of data analysis
- Experience working with Jira & Confluence or in a collections or recoveries domain would be advantageous
