We're currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Decision Systems Analyst.

In this role you'll:

• Co-ordinate and manage projects, typically, working on smaller projects or assignments but assist in the delivery of larger projects
• Implement company policies and contribute to the attainment of functional results
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures in your own work
• Ensure the quality of tasks or services provided by colleagues, involving regular process checks or review of output by a co-worker
• Engage with and show understanding of the business operation to recognise and acknowledge change impacts, objectives, priorities, work pressures and constraints
• Identify and escalate issues
• Conduct timely briefings for team members and stakeholders on progress of work
• Communicate technical and sensitive information in ways non-technical stakeholders can understand

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
• A flexible and adaptable approach to change and willingness to support others to respond in a similar way
• The ability to achieve targets and meet expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same
• Experience of making prompt and practical business decision, even in times of ambiguity, considering various perspectives and taking responsibility for outcomes
• Evidence of having planned work and activities systematically in line with business priorities, using a variety of analysis and problem-solving techniques
• Experienced in the use of data to assess and report on performance and identify business issues and opportunities
• A strong interest in coding, statistics of data analysis
• Experience working with Jira & Confluence or in a collections or recoveries domain would be advantageous
