As a Data Warehouse Developer III, you'll help architect and support a dedicated data warehouse environment from the ground up, serving a major clinical transformation effort. This is a high-visibility role where your ability to translate data into action will make a difference.

What You'll Be Doing
• Building backend data marts for analytics across diverse health system sources
• Developing dashboards and scorecards using Tableau, Power BI, or BusinessObjects
• Translating clinical and operational needs into actionable data insights
• Collaborating directly with clinical stakeholders to define data requirements
• Supporting and optimizing ETL workflows with Informatica IICS
• Maintaining and enhancing legacy code and dashboards
• Operating as a self-directed team member within a lean, high-impact data team

What You'll Need to be Considered
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven success working independently in a fast-paced, clinical data environment
• Experience with Epic or Cerner data preferred but not required
• Strong ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and ask the right questions
• Comfort building and deploying data products without handholding
