Document Controller

Document Controller - Construction Location: Kilcock, Co. Kildare We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to support the delivery of multiple residential construction projects across Ireland. This is a key role ensuring all project documentation is accurately managed, controlled, and distributed across live sites, supporting project teams, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain all project documentation across multiple live construction projects • Ensure accurate version control, filing systems, and document tracking procedures • Coordinate drawings, RFIs, technical submittals, and site documentation • Liaise with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure information flow is efficient and up to date • Support compliance with QA procedures and project standards • Assist project managers with administrative and reporting requirements What We re Looking For: • Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction or a similar built environment • Strong understanding of document management systems (Aconex / Viewpoint / 4Projects or similar) • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Excellent communication and coordination abilities Package: • Salary: €50,000 €55,000 • Based in Kilcock, Co.
