400 Euros per day

Essential skills:

Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

• Excellent knowledge of Data Analytics techniques and tools.
• Solid experience in legal semantics and the structuring of legal texts.
• Experience in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.
• Knowledge of architectural design and implementation of scalable modern data stores.
• Good knowledge of collaborative sites.
• Knowledge of digital-ready policymaking.

Desirable skills:

The following expertise is considered as a plus:  

• Very good knowledge of EU digital policies.
• Knowledge of the EU legislative process.
• Experience in knowledge representation and the use of ontologies in the legal domain.
