Data-Driven Luxury Homeware Sales Leader (UK & US)

I Love My Job Ltd in London is seeking a senior sales leader to build a modern, data-led sales function for the UK and US markets. You will lead a premium, design-led brand, rebuilding the CRM and lifting conversion through knowledge and relationships rather than pressure.

The role includes leading the sales team, shaping annual plans, and delivering accurate forecasts to align with stock, production and cash flow. A discretionary bonus accompanies £80,000 base pay.
