Lumen Electrical Contractors Ltd is a growing NICEIC Approved Contractor delivering high-quality electrical and data installations across commercial and industrial sectors throughout Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas.

We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, professionalism and excellent customer service, and we are looking for a skilled Electrician to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking a fully qualified Electrician with Inspection & Testing qualifications to carry out installation, maintenance, fault finding, inspection and testing works across a variety of commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical installation, maintenance and repair works
Fault finding and diagnosis of electrical systems
Inspection, testing and certification in accordance with BS7671
Completion of EICs, Minor Works Certificates and EICRs
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
Maintaining accurate records and certification
Providing a high standard of workmanship and customer service

Essential Qualifications & Experience

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
City & Guilds 2391, 2394/2395, or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification
Commercial and industrial electrical experience
Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

ECS/JIB Gold Card
IPAF and/or PASMA
Experience with emergency lighting, fire alarms or EV charging installations
