Job Title: Cyber Security Lead

Location: Barcelona OR Prague - Hybrid

Rate: Market competitive

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience working in complex IT environments, ideally including cloud and on-premise infrastructure
• Strong understanding of IT services, preferably within a managed services or security provider context
• Proven business analytical skills including data analysis and presentation
• Experience with security governance and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF) is highly desirable
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CSSP, or CRISC preferred
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage the full lifecycle of technical security controls
• Experience with risk management tools such as OneTrust is a plus

What You Will Do:

• Capture and translate security requirements based on policies, regulations, and customer needs
• Define and manage the product roadmap for technical security controls
• Manage technology procurement processes, including RFPs and vendor selection
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver security controls using agile methodologies
• Develop financial models and business cases; engage with investment governance
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on infrastructure security
• Support audits, incident response, and escalations
• Present to regulators, industry bodies, and external stakeholders
