To support our growth, we are recruiting a Customer Support Officer, a key liaison between our clients and our technical teams.


Main Responsibilities

As part of the Support team, you will play a key role in customer relations, operational management, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.


Customer Support:

• Handle incoming customer requests (calls, tickets, emails)

• Diagnose technical or functional issues and provide clear, tailored responses

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the quality and responsiveness of your interactions


Issue Handling and Escalation:

• Carry out standard operations on operator platforms (activations, suspensions, usage monitoring, etc.)

• Escalate tickets to Level 2 after thorough issue qualification

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our knowledge base


Additional Activities:

• Participate in on-call duties outside of normal customer service hours (as per a defined monthly schedule)

• Occasionally support the logistics team with SIM card orders


Profile Sought

• You are thorough, responsive, and customer satisfaction-oriented

• You are autonomous and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

• You are comfortable using IT tools (e.g., Zendesk, used by our customer service team)

• Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or technical management is a plus

• Professional proficiency in English is recommended
