Job Opportunity: Customer Support Engineer 
Endeavour Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Support Engineer to join our leading client based in Edinburgh. This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure that the customer site in the area is operational according to the Company's contractual obligations.
- Provide structured customer training.
- Submit paperwork in accordance with company and customer guidelines.
- Specific product training in BPS M5/M7, C1, BPS C4, C2, C5, X8, Laurel Note counters, Erapa equipment (as appropriate), Datacard products, Bowe Systec, Canon Printers.
- Fully IT conversant across a range of packages.
- Engineering apprenticeship.
- Electrical apprenticeship.
- CSCS certification.
