Job Description

On-Site Customer Support Coordinator

My client,a leading organisation supporting highly regulated manufacturing environments is looking to hire acustomer support coordinator to join their team. This is a very hadns on role. It is arole that combinescustomer service andinventorymanagement. This role will only suit someonewho has been in a role where they were managing stock or inventory, someone who is highly organised and good with systems.
This is a full time pearmanent role, it is full time onsite.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with on-site customers and provide excellent service
  • Receive, manage, and distribute stock across the site
  • Pick, pack, and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform stock counts
  • Use warehouse and inventory management systems
  • Support projects, equipment installations, and site initiatives
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues where appropriate
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer support, logistics, warehouse, materialsrole
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computer systems and technology
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Full driver's licence and forklift experience advantageous
  • Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar stock control systems beneficial
