Job Description
On-Site Customer Support Coordinator
My client,a leading organisation supporting highly regulated manufacturing environments is looking to hire acustomer support coordinator to join their team. This is a very hadns on role. It is arole that combinescustomer service andinventorymanagement. This role will only suit someonewho has been in a role where they were managing stock or inventory, someone who is highly organised and good with systems.
This is a full time pearmanent role, it is full time onsite.
- Build strong relationships with on-site customers and provide excellent service
- Receive, manage, and distribute stock across the site
- Pick, pack, and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time
- Monitor inventory levels and perform stock counts
- Use warehouse and inventory management systems
- Support projects, equipment installations, and site initiatives
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues where appropriate
- 2+ years' experience in a customer support, logistics, warehouse, materialsrole
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computer systems and technology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Full driver's licence and forklift experience advantageous
- Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar stock control systems beneficial
