Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager on behalf of our client company operating in the shipping and logistics industry. This is a permanent opportunity based in Cork.
Role- Own and manage a portfolio of customers.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary escalation point for service or delivery issues.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and service adoption.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- 4+ years in a similar Customer Success position.
- Experience in the shipping or logistics industry would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem solving skills.
