Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager on behalf of our client company operating in the shipping and logistics industry. This is a permanent opportunity based in Cork.

Role
  • Own and manage a portfolio of customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for service or delivery issues.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and service adoption.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in a similar Customer Success position.
  • Experience in the shipping or logistics industry would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem solving skills.
