Responsibilities
  • Engage and retain Pluralsight's largest customers
  • Build relationships and drive customer success
  • Conduct strategic partnerships and customer communications
  • Lead activities such as QBRs and EBRs
  • Meet and exceed quarterly renewal and upsell rates
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (written and verbal)
  • CSM or account managers from HR tech, LMS, or learning platform businesses
  • Customer Success professionals embedded in customer L&D or HR programmes
  • Former L&D professionals seeking a commercial role
  • Sales engineers or solutions consultants from the learning or talent space
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and operate self-motivated
