Responsibilities 
- Engage and retain Pluralsight's largest customers
- Build relationships and drive customer success
- Conduct strategic partnerships and customer communications
- Lead activities such as QBRs and EBRs
- Meet and exceed quarterly renewal and upsell rates
- Fluency in German (written and verbal)
- CSM or account managers from HR tech, LMS, or learning platform businesses
- Customer Success professionals embedded in customer L&D or HR programmes
- Former L&D professionals seeking a commercial role
- Sales engineers or solutions consultants from the learning or talent space
- Ability to handle ambiguity and operate self-motivated
