We are now looking for a full-timeCustomer Services Team Memberto join our fantastic team at our Head Office in Northwich, Cheshire.

As a Customer Service TeamMember your role will include:

• First point of contact for our customers
• Handling of customer calls
• Responding to internet queries
• Management of surveyor's diaries
• Typing reports
• Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
• Effectively planning and prioritising workload.

As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be:

Hours of work are 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday working:9am to 5pm.
