We are now looking for a full-timeCustomer Services Team Memberto join our fantastic team at our Head Office in Northwich, Cheshire.
As a Customer Service TeamMember your role will include:- First point of contact for our customers
- Handling of customer calls
- Responding to internet queries
- Management of surveyor's diaries
- Typing reports
- Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
- Effectively planning and prioritising workload.
- Proactive, confident and positive
- Prioritise and multi-task
- Demonstrate excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail

- IT and Office Software Literate
- It is desirable to have geographical knowledgeof the UK

Hours of work are 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday working:9am to 5pm.
