Customer Orders Coordinator (Manufacturing)

£26,245
Monday - Thurs 8.30am-5pm (3.30pm finish Friday)
Permanent
Runcorn

Your New Role

Receiving global orders for engineered manufactured products via email order forms
Confirming receipt of the orders in a professional manner via email and phone
Adding all new orders into the production plan utilising Excel and the MRP system
Liaising with customers to update and advise of any issues that may occur with delivering their order on time

Required Experience

Working with Excel at an advanced level
Knowledge of working with MRP systems - SAP or Navision
Excellent customer service experience in a similar production and/or manufacturing environment
