Salary up to £28k + overtime

Covering a rotating shift: 0600hrs to 1430hrs / 0930hrs to 1800hrs

We are seeking an experienced and customer focused CSR to join our team at Volvo Truck and Bus in Hayes. This is a key role, acting as the link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers booking in vehicles for service, maintenance, and repair
• Accurately capture customer requirements and raise job cards
• Provide clear and regular updates on vehicle progress, costs, and completion times
• Liaise closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and explain work carried out to customers
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Ensure all administrative tasks and records are completed accurately
• Promote additional services and products where appropriate

Who are you?

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor/CSR or in a similar automotive/commercial vehicle role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good technical understanding of vehicles (HGV or PSV experience desirable)
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confident using IT systems and service management software
• A proactive, team oriented approach with attention to detail
