Job Description
William Hill PLC in Hull is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to welcome customers, process bets, and assist with queries. You will help customers use betting terminals, build relationships, and provide excellent service, while supporting shop displays and opening/closing tasks.
The role requires 18+ and a passion for customer service. Schedules include 8am-10pm shifts, with rota-based evenings and weekends. Training and development are provided.
