Seasonal Customer Service Advisor - Onsite at Milton Park

Whittard of Chelsea is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Advisor to join the Milton Park, Abingdon team. This onsite role runs Oct 1, 2026 to Dec 31, 2026 and Oct 1, 2026 to Jan 7, 2027, with 9-5 hours and overtime potential.

You'll work Tue-Sat from late November, including Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve periods, handling calls, emails and chats. You'll be frontline in helping customers, presenting product knowledge, and upselling where appropriate.
